terms

This site is operated by Alluvium Ltd. These terms cover use of the site and set out the basis on which proof set work is quoted. Each engagement is confirmed in writing, and the written scope for your order takes precedence over anything on this page.

what the service is

A proof set produces 10 synthetic UGC-style vertical video proofs for paid-social testing, covering up to two products, with product-coherence review, one focused revision round, and a shot-by-shot brief for one concept you select after your own testing.

what it is not

• It does not include paid-media spend.
• It does not include production with human creators.
• It does not guarantee CTR, CPA, ROAS, sales, or any other outcome.
• It does not constitute legal clearance for talent likeness, music, claims, or trademarks.
• It does not certify that any product claim shown or implied is accurate.

timing

First delivery is targeted within 3 to 5 business days of a confirmed brief and complete source material. Incomplete or low-resolution source material extends that window.

revisions

The included revision round covers print or logo drift, broken product geometry, incorrect color or obvious material mismatch, incorrect setting or styling relative to the accepted brief, and rendering artifacts that make a clip unusable. It does not cover a new product, a new audience, a new campaign direction, a talent or location reset after approval, or replacing all concepts because an internal preference changed. Those are a new scope.

your responsibilities

You confirm that you hold the rights to the product imagery, brand assets, and references you send us. You remain responsible for how the delivered files are used, including platform policy, advertising disclosure, synthetic media labeling, product claims, music licensing, and likeness and consumer protection law in the United States and any other market where you run the ads.

rights in the work

On payment in full, you receive a license to use the delivered files in your own paid and organic marketing. We may show delivered work as a portfolio example only with your written permission. Underlying tools, prompts, workflows, and methods remain ours.

fees and payment

The published launch price is $750 USD per pack. Prices are quoted exclusive of any applicable taxes. Payment terms, invoicing entity, and payment method are confirmed in writing before work begins. No payment is taken through this website.

liability

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability in connection with an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, and we are not liable for lost profit, lost media spend, or lost business opportunity.

governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Where an order confirmation specifies a different governing law or dispute process, that order confirmation applies.
