privacy notice

last updated 25 July 2026

This site is operated by Alluvium Ltd. It explains what happens to the information you send through the enquiry form at /start.

what we collect

Only what the form asks for:

  • brand name
  • product page or website
  • work email address
  • target ad platform and number of products
  • target launch date, if you give one
  • the notes you choose to write

We also store the country your request came from, as reported by our content delivery network, and a one-way hash derived from your IP address and browser user agent. The hash is used to limit automated submissions. We do not store your IP address itself.

why we hold it

To reply to your enquiry, scope the work, and keep a record of what was agreed. If you do not send the form, we hold nothing about you.

where it is stored

Submissions are stored in Cloudflare Workers KV, a storage service operated by Cloudflare, Inc. Data may be processed on Cloudflare infrastructure in the United States and other regions. If a notification endpoint is configured, a copy of the submission is sent to that endpoint so we see new enquiries promptly.

how long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as the conversation is live and for up to 24 months afterwards, so we can answer questions about work already delivered. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will.

cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and loads no third-party analytics, advertising, or tag-management scripts. Fonts are served from this domain. If first-party usage measurement is enabled in future, it will record only page paths and interaction names, never your email, brand, website, or free text, and this notice will be updated before it is switched on.

sharing

We do not sell your information and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only with service providers that keep this site running, and where we are legally required to.

your choices

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@proof-room.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the UK or EU and you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to your local data protection authority.
